BY PURCHASING the TOKEN, I ACKNOWLEDGE AND EXPRESSLY ASSUME THESE RISKS. I represent and warrant that I have sufficient understanding of the functionality, use, storage, transmission mechanisms and other material features of cryptographic tokens, token wallets and other token storage mechanisms, public and private key management, blockchain technology and blockchain-based software. systems to understand the terms and further represent and warrant that such knowledge enables me to appreciate the implications and risks of purchasing the TOKEN.

Other risks.

1. 1.(a) General Economic Risk. The Purchaser (i) can bear the economic cost of holding the TOKEN for an indefinite period of time; (ii) has adequate means to meet its current needs and potential personal contingencies even in the event the TOKEN loses all of its value; and (iii) does not require liquidity from the TOKEN. Buyer's purchase of TOKEN is consistent with Buyer's objectives and cash flow requirements and will not adversely affect Buyer's overall need for diversification and liquidity.

1. 1. b) Additional Risk Disclosures. The Purchaser is solely responsible for reviewing, understanding and considering the foregoing risks and any additional risks. The Company and the Company's operations, financial condition and results of operations could be materially and adversely affected by one or more of these risk factors, as could the underlying value of each Purchaser's TOKEN, which may lead to the TOKEN losing all of its value.

I acknowledge and agree that there are risks associated with the purchase of the TOKEN, the possession of the TOKEN and, once the Tokens are delivered, the use of the Tokens to provide or receive Services on the Network. BY PURCHASING TOKEN, I EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND ASSUME THESE RISKS.
